We cannot have engineers pick open network ports to use based on shutdown in Solarwinds since they see both shutdown end devices and ports both as just unplugged. Instead we still have to go through switch console to pull port status and which are free to use.
Just looking for the engineers to be able to rely on Solarwinds built-in resources for port information at a glance without all the custom reports I have to embed everywhere. Same goes for UDT ;-)
