Hi,
I observed, every time we add a device such as switch it display on the interface details report the UNKNOW on IP address while the MAC Address is displaying. When I open a case on SolarWinds support it says that the OID is not supported but even on the other devices it display the same(UNKNOWN). What are the possible cause of this? Hope you can help me on this. Attached file for error. Thanks!
