Try changing:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\Information Service\3.0\Plugins\SolarWinds.Data.Providers.Orion.Containers.v3.dll.config
<add key="MaxThreadPoolWorkerThreads" value ="10"/>
That is probably 100 by default.
