Dear Vinay,

Thanks for pointing me to the article which I learn new stuffs on the SolarWinds NPM.

1. Check "Status rollup mode on your group" under Manage Groups -> Edit that Group -> Advanced

The Status rollup mode is set to Mixed status shows warning for my environment.

The reference link mentions for Mixed status is define as shows Warning ensures that the status of a group displays the worst warning-type state in the group.  Which I will re-evaluate if such setting is useful to our setup.

2. Looks like you are asking 2 different questions on the same thread , the alert that is being fired is for an entire group and its not specific to a particular node

Sorry if I not very clear with my question.  But for this group alert, it always happened for this particular few members that always showing warning status that causes this group alert to triggered.

I just not sure under what condition does the warning status will be triggered? Because under event log which we set variable ${GroupStatusRootCause} able to direct me to the particular devices facing the problem.

It always 10% - 20% Packet Loss and after 120 secs the NPM repoll the device and the up message is display again.
