Average uptime in minutes/hours instead of percentage

I need some help with creating a report to output device uptime in minutes/hours in a 24 hour/30 day period. What table/row data do I need to access and what is the syntax to apply to it to answer "device average uptime in last 24 hour is 10 hours"
