I have tried creating custom pollers for our Mitel servers but unfortunately the only data you can get back is the alarm status of the server and all other OIDs don't return values, although i think that is a Mitel issue than a Solarwinds issue.
I have seen a few posts on the forums from others about monitoring Mitel servers but there doesn't seem to be a lot that can be done within Solarwinds. Is there any chance of getting some Mitel monitoring within Solarwinds? I have seen you are working with Avaya at the moment so not sure if Mitel is on your list or if you have a time frame for implementing something, or should i find a different method of monitoring our Mitel servers?
